Medical Director jobs

Pharmaceutical companies require Medical staff for a variety of reasons.  First and foremost Medics are required for the operation of clinical trials.  One of the key functions Medical Director jobs is the overseeing of the clinical trials processes.  In addition to this a Medical Director will serve as an ambassador for the pharmaceutical company to the medical profession.

There can be a divide between the sales and marketing units of a company and the medical profession with the obvious conflict of interest that making money doesn't necessarily mean good medicine.  A Medical Director can serve to overcome some of the barriers that this can present with the medical profession.
