Unlike many healthcare jobs, laboratory sales jobs are not likley to sell to doctors and medcial staff.
Laboratory sales jobs involves the sale of anything applicable to a scientific laboratory. This could be firdges, ovens, incubators, microscopes and testing kits to name just a few. You will be selling to scientists and will be required to be able to demonstrate and perhaps train your customer on the use of your product.
Generally, you will be expected to have a science degree and experience of working in a lab would be an advantage in understanding the customers you will be selling to. There will also be a need to provide customer technical support as part of your account management. this is often an excellent way to build you customer rapport as you line up your next potential sale.
